THUNDER DRAGON was established on 21 June 2022 by Mr. Cao Hoang Vuong, Ms. Ngo Hong Nhung and Ms. Nguyen Thanh Nha. Our goal is to become an effective support partner for client in handling Taxation, Accounting and Management Issues so that the client’s management can rest assured to focus maximum resources on implementing business strategies.

Mr. Cao Hoang Vuong

- 2008: Graduated from National University of Ho Chi Minh City – Faculty of Economics
- 2008-2022: Working for a leading Japanese accounting and tax consulting company in Vietnam. In 2019, he was appointed Director in charge of accounting, tax and M&A services.
- 2022: become a co-founder of Thunder Dragon Co., Ltd.
- Have Accounting Practice Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance and a Tax Agent Practice Certificate issued by the General Department of Taxation
Ms. Ngo Hong Nhung
Co-Founder
- Studying abroad twice in Japan with a total duration of more than 4 years
- In 2017: graduated with MBA from Solvay Business School
- 2010-2022: Working for a leading Japanese accounting and tax consulting company in Vietnam.
- 2022: become a co-founder of Thunder Dragon Co., Ltd., and also work at a European fund management company
